By booking or purchasing any service through our Website, You (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) agree to this policy.

Service-Based Nature

Our services may include online booking, VIP darshan facilitation, guidance, and other religious or experience-based offerings. These services are non-tangible, time-sensitive, and often involve third-party arrangements such as temple authorities, transport agents, or guides.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@kashivipdarshan.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the service time.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for valid cancellation requests submitted within the cancellation window (48 hours in advance).
  • Refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
  • No refund will be provided for “No Shows” or failure to attend the booked service/event.
  • In case of technical or booking failures from our side, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to reschedule a confirmed booking, please reach out to us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate your request depending on availability, but we do not guarantee rescheduling.

Third-Party Service Cancellations

If your booking involves third-party services (e.g., temple ticketing, travel), cancellation and refund terms of those third parties may also apply. We are not liable for any non-refundable elements charged by third-party providers.
